5-1-14: EXEMPTIONS:

A. Hospitals, clinics and other premises operated by a licensed veterinarian exclusively for the care and treatment of animals are exempt from the provisions of this chapter except where such duties are expressly stated. (Ord. 133, sec. 18, 1-2-1979)
