5-1-11-4: TREATMENT DURING IMPOUNDMENT:
Any animal which is impounded in the City pound shall be kept with kind treatment and sufficient food, water, and shelter for the animal's comfort, in accordance with the laws of the State. (Ord. 559, sec. 6, 9-18-1995)
