5-1-3: IMPOUNDING FEES:
Any dog may be impounded for violation of this chapter. The owner shall be responsible for and shall pay all boarding, impoundment and veterinarian fees before the dog is reclaimed. (Ord. 406, sec. 3, 3-19-1990; amd. Ord. 1012, 6-17-2019)
