4-4-17: SEVERABILITY:
Should any part or provision of this chapter be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the part held to be invalid. (Ord. 1004, 11-19-2018)
