4-3-2: OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED:
No person shall dispose of refuse by open burning 1 , or cause, suffer, allow or permit open burning of refuse in the City. (Ord. 56, sec. 2, 7-3-1972, eff. 9-26-1972; amd. 1980 Code)
