4-1-6: JUNK MOTOR VEHICLES:
The keeping of junk motor vehicles defined under section 11-2-3 of this Code, except as allowed by this Code, is hereby declared to be a nuisance subject to administrative, civil, and/or criminal enforcement actions by the City. (Ord. 997, 7-2-2018)
