1-8-1: DATE OF ELECTION:
The regular City election shall be held biennially on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in every even-numbered year, beginning with the 2000 election. There shall be no regular City election in 1999 1 . (Ord. 648, sec. 1, 5-17-1999)
