3-22-5: EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF LICENSE:
   A.   All licenses expire on December 31 of each year.
   B.   Each license may be renewed only by making application as provided in section 3-22-4 of this chapter.
   C.   Application for renewal shall be made at least sixty (60) days before the expiration date.
   D.   Each renewal license shall be issued for a maximum period of one year. (Ord. 897, 12-3-2012)
