3-16-10: LOCATION OF MASSAGE:
It is unlawful for a licensed masseur or masseuse to perform a massage except at a location in the City stated on the licensed application or in an office, home, community center, or apartment on an outcall basis. (Ord. 598, sec. 3, 3-3-1997)
