3-11-35: RIGHTS RESERVED TO GRANTOR:

In addition to any rights specifically reserved to the grantor by this Chapter, the grantor reserves to itself every right and power which is required to be reserved by a provision of any ordinance or under the franchise. (Ord. 636, sec. 1, 11-2-1998)
