3-11-5: TERM OF THE FRANCHISE:
   A.   A franchise granted hereunder shall be for the term established in the franchise agreement and shall not exceed fifteen (15) years.
   B.   A franchise granted hereunder may be renewed upon application by the grantee pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter and applicable laws. (Ord. 636, sec. 1, 11-2-1998)
