In addition to other uses specifically identified elsewhere in this title, the following are permitted uses in a C-2 District:
A. Bank, savings and loan, savings credit unions and other financial institutions.
B. Banquet facilities with on-sale liquor.
C. Commercial recreation, indoor.
D. Convenience restaurants without a drive through service window.
E. Daycare facilities as a principal use provided that the use complies with the provisions of chapter 31 of this title.
F. Enclosed self-storage warehouse facilities.
G. Funeral homes and mortuaries.
H. Governmental and public utility buildings and structures; City of Lakeville only.
I. Hotels.
J. Instructional classes.
K. Motor vehicle and recreation equipment sales and structures accessory thereto (excluding those involving outdoor display).
L. Offices, general and medical.
M. Pawnshops.
N. Private clubs or lodges serving food and beverages with on-sale liquor.
O. Public garages and parking lots.
P. Restaurants, general with on-sale liquor.
Q. Retail businesses.
R. Service businesses, on and off site.
S. Sexually oriented uses, principal.
T. Tattoo parlors.
U. Data centers.
V. Fitness centers and health clubs.
W. Brew on premises.
