AN ORDINANCE READOPTING CERTAIN ORDINANCES

   89-5-2

   WHEREAS, the Village of Lake Villa has heretofore adopted numerous ordinances over the course of time; and

   WHEREAS, it is the desire and intent of the Village of Lake Villa Board of Trustees to readopt, ratify, and confirm all ordinances previously adopted which have not previously been repealed in whole or in part.

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Villa, Lake County, Illinois, as follows:

   SECTION I: That all ordinances of the Village of Lake Villa previously adopted which have not been repealed in whole or in part be and the same are hereby readopted, ratified, and confirmed.

   SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication as provided by law.

   Passed by the Corporate Authorities this 10 day of May , 1989, on a roll call vote as follows:
