6-2-5: INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC OFFICERS:
A person who knowingly resists or obstructs the performance by one known to the person to be a peace officer of any authorized act within his official capacity shall be guilty of resisting or obstructing a public officer. (Ord. 77-6-2, 6-22-1977)
