§ 156.018 SECURITY INTEREST.
   Creation of a security interest in a portion of a parcel less than the entire parcel does not entitle the property to subdivision even in the event of foreclosure of the security interest, unless otherwise approved by the City Council and the parcel is in conformance with this chapter and the zoning ordinance.
