§ 51.02 ADOPTION OF STATE REGULATIONS.
   Provisions of M.S. §§ 103I.001 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, and the regulations of the Department of Health adopted pursuant thereto shall be applicable and in full force and effect in the city and the same are hereby adopted by reference.
