A land occupier who has filed a mediated written settlement under § 155.25 or who has received a court order under § 155.29 may request the district to assist in the planning, design and application of practices necessary to reduce soil loss to the soil loss limits set out in § 155.03. The district must give the land occupier a high priority for technical and cost-share fund assistance.
