For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. An individual or firm, corporation, partnership, association or other private body or governmental entity.
STRUCTURE. Any building which may provide shelter for any person, animal or item of property.
