Upon presentation of proper credentials the Building Official or his or her duly authorized representative may enter at reasonable times any building, structure or premises in the city to perform any duty imposed upon him or her by the State Building Code. No person shall interfere with the Building Official or his or her duly authorized representatives in the execution of their duties.
