§ 130.22 USE OF HIGHWAYS, STREETS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES.
   (A)   No person shall drink or consume intoxicating or 3.2% malt liquors on a public highway, or in a public park, or other public place including the streets, parking lots and sidewalks of the city.
   (B)   No person shall have in his or her possession or on his or her person any bottle or receptacle containing intoxicating liquor, or 3.2% malt liquor which has been opened, or the seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed on a public highway or in a public park or other public place including the streets, parking lots and sidewalks of the city.
