(A) Hours.
(1) The park system will be open for public use at the following times:
(a) Summer session, Memorial Day, Labor Day: 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and
(b) Balance of the year: from sunrise to sunset.
(2) No person shall be permitted to be on the premises of any part of the park system during hours it is closed.
(B) Glass containers. No person shall carry onto or use any glass containers of any type in the park system of the city.
(C) Trash littering.
(1) No person shall, within the limits of the city, throw, dump or deposit, or cause or permit to be thrown or deposited in any river or body of public water or on lands adjacent thereto, any trash, rubbish, garbage or other litter without the consent of the owner of such land.
(2) No person shall cause or permit trash to be thrown or scattered upon any public highway, public park or other public place including the streets, parking lots and sidewalks or upon any vacant or occupied property within the city.
