Such Park Board shall consist of seven members as follows.
(A) There shall be two Council members designated by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, to serve as members of the Park Board. Such Council members shall serve without voting power in a liaison capacity. The Mayor shall also be considered an ex officio member of the Park Board.
(B) The five other members of the Park Board shall be appointed by the City Council, at its regular January meeting, to serve annually for that year. Any member of the Park Board may be removed by a four-fifths vote of the City Council at any time, with or without cause.
