§ 113.063 FEE.
   The annual fee for a tavern license shall be $30. Each application for a tavern license shall be accompanied by a receipt from the City Clerk-Administrator for payment in full of the required fee for the license. All fees shall be paid into the General Fund of the municipality. Upon rejection of any application for a tavern license, the City Clerk-Administrator shall refund the amount paid.
