§ 32.04 ORGANIZATION.
   The Planning Commission may elect a Chairperson from among its appointed members for a term of one year, and the Commission may create and fill such other offices as it may determine. The Commission may also appoint one of its members to act as Secretary and keep a record of the minutes of each of its meetings.
