§ 32.02 COMPOSITION.
   The Planning Commission shall consist of six members as follows.
   (A)   There may be two Council members designated by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, one to be a principal and the other to be an alternate member of the Planning Commission. Such Council members may serve without voting power in a liaison capacity. The Mayor may also be considered an ex officio member of the Planning Commission without voting privilege.
   (B)   The five other members of the Planning Commission may be appointed by the City Council each to serve annually and to be appointed by the City Council at its regular meeting in January of each year. Any member of the Planning Commission may be removed by a four-fifths vote of the City Council at any time with or without cause.
