(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 94.01 through 94.10 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not more than $700, or may be imprisoned for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
