§ 31.15 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION FOR CITY CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR.
   The city shall have a City Clerk-Administrator who shall serve at the direction and pleasure of the City Council and shall perform the duties of City Clerk-Administrator as outlined within M.S. § 412.151, subd. 1, as it may be amended from time to time, and as directed by the City Council from time to time. The city has elected to reverse the combination of the offices of the City Clerk-Administrator and the City Treasurer, and establish separate offices for the Clerk-Administrator and City Treasurer.
