Air Pollution Control Regulation 8 is hereby adopted by the city. Air Pollution Control Regulation 8, adopted by the State Pollution Control Agency as amended is hereby adopted by reference pursuant to M.S. § 471.62, as it may be amended from time to time. Pursuant thereto one copy of said Regulation 8 shall be marked “official copy” and kept on file in the office of the Clerk-Administrator for use and examination by the public.
