§ 91.02 WATERCRAFT RESTRICTED AREA.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      WATERCRAFT. Any object or structure capable of being propelled through and/or over the water by motor or wind while carrying one or more persons including, but not limited to, boats, surf boards, canoes, rowboats, sailboats or speedboats.

   (B)   No person shall operate, land, load, control or possess any watercraft on that portion of the Lake St. Croix Beach public park or beach located within an area being described as follows:
      All that area located East of Riviera Avenue South, lying north of the centerline of Upper 20th Street extended easterly to the eastern boundary of the city and lying south of the easterly extension of a line located 100 feet north of the centerline of 19th Street South, as extended to the easterly boundary of the city.

   (C)   The Commissioner of Parks for the city shall place reasonable signage and buoys in and upon the area to identify same as a “Swimming Beach.”
