§ 72.04 NO PARKING AREAS; ERECTION OF SIGNS.
   The City Council shall, from time to time, designate by resolution any street or any part thereof to be a no parking area and erect signs or otherwise mark the area so designated to inform motorists. The City Council may also in a permitted on any place on any street.
