(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of § 71.41 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $700 or by imprisonment for a period of time not more than 90 days, or both, but in either case, the cost of prosecution may be added pursuant to M.S. § 631.48, as it may be amended from time to time.
