§ 22.300 DEFINITIONS
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   “TREE COMMISSION.” The Tree Commission of the City of Lakeside Park, Kentucky.
   “CITY.” The City of Lakeside Park, Kentucky.
   “CITY TREE.” Any tree on city property.
