§ 22.101 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
   (A)   Members shall be non-elected officers of the city.
   (B)   The Board of Adjustment shall perform all duties imposed upon them by city ordinance, and they shall have all powers and duties incidental and necessary to the performance of that office.
   (C)   All members of the board of adjustment shall, before entering upon their duties, qualify by taking the oath of office prescribed by Section 228 of the Kentucky Constitution.
   (D)   The Chairman of the Board of Adjustment shall receive sixty dollars ($60.00) per month, and each member of the Board of Adjustment shall receive fifty dollars ($50.00) per month; the compensation is only due and payable for those calendar months in which a meeting of the Board of Adjustment is held. The Chairman and Members will not be entitled to any additional compensation because the Board may meet more than once in any calendar month.
