§ 22.004 COUNCIL TO INTEGRATE WITH SIMILAR GROUPS
   This Council shall be integrated with similar councils established by the counties of Kenton, Campbell, and Boone, and various cities located therein. The findings and recommendations shall be made with a view to create a unified system for the delivery of services in the three (3) counties and cities located therein.
