§ 21.500 OTHER NON-ELECTED OFFICES
   The City Council may create other non-elected city offices by ordinance. Such ordinance shall specify:
   (A)   The title of office;
   (B)   The powers and duties of office;
   (C)   The oath of office;
   (D)   The bond, if required; and
   (E)   Compensation.
