§ 21.302 DUTIES
   (A)   The City Zoning Administrator/Building Inspector shall perform all of his duties imposed upon him by city ordinances. He shall have all powers and duties incidental and necessary to the performance of that office.
   (B)   The City Zoning Administrator/Building Inspector shall be knowledgeable in the field of buildings and building construction.
