§ 21.001 APPOINTMENT; REMOVAL
   (A)   All non-elected city officers shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
   (B)   The officers may be removed by the mayor at will unless otherwise provided by statute, ordinance, or other law.
(KRS 83A.080(3))
   (C)   All officers shall take the Constitutional oath of office within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice of appointment.
