Any person, firm, or corporation, violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, in any court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both, so fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court for each offense. Each day that the person, firm, or corporation violates this chapter, or any provision thereof may be deemed a separate offense.
