The Uniform State Building Code as is established by the Board of Housing, Buildings, and Construction of the State of Kentucky, is hereby adopted in full as if it were written fully herein, as a minimum standard for the construction, alteration, and repair of any electrical wiring done within the effective area of this chapter. These standards shall also be used by the electrical inspector in making his inspections.
