Failure to provide notice to the city and/or to abutting landowners and occupiers or should the demolition or removal be performed so as to infringe upon abutting property without the prior agreement of an abutting land owner, the Code Enforcement Officer is authorized to order an immediate stop to such demolition or removal until compliance with the requirements of this subchapter are met.
