(A) Unless agreed by the owner of the property upon which the demolition and/or removal is occurring and the owner(s) of abutting property before commencement of the demolition and/or removal, the demolition or removal shall be performed so as not to infringe upon the abutting property.
(B) Prior to commencing any demolition, the owner of the property upon which the structure to be demolished exists shall, at his, or hers or their sole expense, have the property surveyed by a licensed surveyor after which survey the boundaries of the property shall be clearly and physically delineated to the public.
