The notice shall identify the structure(s) to be demolished or removed, the means of demolition or removal, the date and time the demolition or removal shall commence, the name and business phone number of the person or entity performing the demolition or removal, and the name, address and phone number of the owner and/or resident causing the demolition and/or removal to occur. In no event shall the date and time of commencement of demolition and/or removal be less than seven (7) days from the date of mailing such notice.
