§ 70.100 NOTICE REQUIRED
   An owner of real property, located in whole or in part within the city and which contains a building, dwelling, house, or structure, and which the owner intends to demolish or otherwise remove, shall provide written notice via certified mail delivery return receipt required to the City Clerk and to the owners and/or occupiers of all real property abutting in whole or in part the land upon which the demolition or removal is to occur. Such written notice shall be mailed seven (7) days prior to the commencement of such demolition and/or removal.
