§ 70.001 BUILDING CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE
   (A)   The Kentucky Building Code - One and Two Family Dwelling Code is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out herein, along with any present and future amendments. It shall have the same force and effect as if fully set out in this chapter.
   (B)   A copy of the code is on file in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
