The license fee herein provided shall be required of each member of the firm where two (2) or more persons are engaged in the practice of the profession. It shall also be required where an individual, firm, or corporation may have separate locations for conducting business and that each location shall be required to pay the license fee according to the business conducted. Any person or firm conducting more than one (1) primary business at the same location with the city shall be subject to the appropriate occupational fee for the business or profession conducted.
