§ 52.203 PHOTOGRAPHS, FINGERPRINTS REQUIRED
   Every person registering in accordance with § 52.200 shall be photographed and fingerprinted by the Department of Identification. The photograph and fingerprints shall be made a part of the permanent records of the Police Department.
