(A) The owner or owners of any lake, lying wholly or in part within the city, shall maintain such lake in a safe, sanitary, clean, weed-free, debris-free condition.
(B) It shall be the duty and responsibility of each lake owner to keep the shoreline within his or hers or their property lines, in a clean, safe, sanitary condition, free of weeds, rubbish and other debris.
