§ 41.005 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS
   This article shall only apply in areas in which the subdivision regulations require the construction of sidewalks. The owner of an existing lot shall not be required to construct a sidewalk unless the subdivision regulations applicable to that lot require construction.
