§ 154.074  AS-BUILT PLANS AND MAPS.
   Pipeline company, at company’s sole cost and expense, shall provide the town with as-built plans of all portions of the pipeline located in the town and the town’s extraterritorial jurisdiction and maps showing such pipeline within 180 calendar days following the completion of such pipeline.
