Each subdivider shall be responsible for the installation of street signs and street lighting within a new subdivision. Both shall be of the type, size, and location as approved by the City. At the completion of the construction maintenance bond, the City shall take over maintenance of these items if they are standard items. Specialty, or high cost items, will require maintenance by the subdivision's owners association.
